This converted farmhouse is situated just outside the hill village of Giuncarico, one hour south of Pisa and 20 - 30 minutes from fantastic beaches and marina of Punta Ala and of Castiglione della Pescaia. Commanding panoramic views over the Maremma plains and Tuscan hills, it is the perfect base to explore both Tuscany and the coast. Alternatively with its stunningly situated pool in the olive groves below the house it is the place to chill, eat pasta, drink wine and enjoy the sunshine. The house will sleep ten in four bedrooms, has three bathrooms, a well designed kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and two south facing terraces. It has been decorated in simple Italian style with terracotta roofing and tiles keeping the house cool throughout the day. The top floor has a bedroom which can accommodate up to four beds and a double bedroom with an extra bed. There is a shared bathroom between these two bedrooms. The ground floor has a living space, dining area and sitting room, along with stunning south facing terrace. The lower ground floor has one twin room with bathroom with shower over bath, and a double room with en-suite bathroom with shower over. A shady lower terrace is accessed from these two bedrooms. This stonehouse is situated on a hilltop in Gavorrano, on 25 ha of land, from where you enjoy a 360° panoramic view. Behind the adiacent hill row you can even see the sea. The property is accessible via an electric gate and a 800m land road which leads to the recently rebuilt stonehouse. The villa has a heating system and fly screens, and a big kitchen which is very well equipped. Among other things there is a slicing machine, an oven and a dishwasher. Here cooking is a real pleasure. There are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, all finely decorated and furnished. The fifth bedroom with shower is accessible from outside. From the kitchen you access a large dining room, or the spacious covered terrace with a long table and chairs. From here you access the garden with its round swimming pool. You share the property with its inhabitants : the owner, 10 horses, goats, cats and two good dogs, which live a heavenly life here. Your domestic animals are welcome too.
