The apartment has an entrance which is in common use with the first floor apartment and is composed of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, a double room, a single room and a bathroom with window with a shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin, The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The Palazzo offers a spacious garden, which is shared with the other two apartments on the ground floor and first floor. Also in common use is the watching tower which offers a 360 degrees view over the roofs of the historical centre and of the surrounding countryside, until the sea.
In Giuncarico, at 400m from the Palazzo, there is a public open air swimming pool, which is open in July and August. At about 20 minutes drive there are several beaches in the beach resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica, Marina di Grosseto and Puntone and at 35 minutes drive Punta Ala. The distances to the nearest cities of art are 1 hour drive to Siena, 1.20h to Pisa, 2 hours to Florence and by train 1.40h from Grosseto to Rome.
